Jordan Haviland
Chief Executive Officer
Jordan Haviland is the founder and CEO of Brattle Technologies.
Prior to founding Brattle Technologies, Mr. Haviland worked at Copley Equity Partners, the private equity arm of a large family investment office, conducting middle market leveraged buyouts and growth equity investments. Mr. Haviland also spent time in the London office of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, a global private equity firm with $17 billion under management, focusing on leveraged buyouts of Western European private and publicly held businesses.
Mr. Haviland received an AB, Cum Laude, from Harvard University where he was captain of the Division I Varsity Baseball Team. He studied the History of Science with a focus on technology transfer and entrepreneurship within academia. He later received his MBA with honors from Harvard Business School. He is a member of the Board of Directors of Reach Out and Read and a member of the Board of Advisors of the Boston Museum of Science.
Mr. Haviland lives in Boston with his wife and four children and enjoys reading science fiction, playing ice hockey and spending time with family and friends.

Greg Mailey
Associate
Greg Mailey is an Associate at Brattle Technologies.
Prior to joining Brattle Technologies, Mr. Mailey worked at Insight2Profit, a management consulting firm focused on top-line revenue growth, primarily through pricing strategy. He has also spent time at the Riverside Company, a lower-middle market private equity firm. He is a member of the Associate Board of The Uniform Funding Foundation (TUFF). At Brattle, he serves on the Board of Directors of Lockwood Manufacturing Company.
Mr. Mailey earned a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, where he was a walk-on player on the varsity football team. He studied Finance and Entrepreneurship during his time at Notre Dame.
Mr. Mailey lives in Chicago and enjoys spending time reading, golfing, and exercising.

Jake Berger
Analyst
Jake Berger is an Analyst at Brattle Technologies.
Prior to joining Brattle Technologies, Mr. Berger earned a Master of Management Studies from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, where he was a member of the Division I Varsity Baseball Team. Before that, he received an AB in Economics from Harvard University, where he was captain of the Division I Varsity Baseball Team.
Mr. Berger lives in New York and enjoys reading, fishing, and playing golf.

Riley Russo
Analyst
Riley Russo is an Analyst at Brattle Technologies.
Ms. Russo joined Brattle Technologies in 2024, where she served as a Summer and Fall Analyst. She rejoined the team in January 2026.
Ms. Russo earned a BBA from the University of Notre Dame, where she was Co-Director of Finance for the Student International Business Council, CEO of Smart Woman Securities, a board member of the Notre Dame Investment Club, and a member of AIM LXI. She studied Finance and Theology during her time at Notre Dame.
Ms. Russo will return to Goldman Sachs in July 2026 in the Leveraged Finance Group, where she previously interned during Summer 2025.
Ms. Russo is from New Jersey and currently lives in South Bend, Indiana, where she enjoys exercising, reading, and spending time with family and friends.
